Elected U.S. President Barack Obama announced that the post of Minister
commerce in his new administration will take the Governor of New Mexico
Bill Richardson.
In his speech, Barack Obama has described
Bill Richardson as the person who is familiar with various aspects of
the U.S. economy and well aware of how to make it more effective.
Richardson-known political figure in the American electorate fairly
well. He was 61 years old, he was Congressman sevenfold and twice
elected governor of New Mexico.
When Bill Clinton Richardson served as U.S. permanent representative to the UN and Minister of Energy.
In the recent struggle for the Democratic nomination as presidential
candidate of the Democratic Party, Bill Richardson, and Joe Biden,
jumped the distance before Hillary Clinton.
For Richardson,
the only Hispanics governor of America, after Obama announced the
appointment Biden vice president, were glimpses of the post of
Secretary of State.
But Obama has decided this question once
again is not in favor of Richardson, after which it became apparent
that the governor of New Mexico is regarded as the most likely
candidate for the post of Minister commerce.
So far, Obama has already distributed more than half the posts in his administration.
It is expected that soon the newly American president announced who will head the CIA and national intelligence.
